Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. We ask that any changes to your appointment be communicated as early as possible to keep our schedule fair and efficient for all clients.
Weather Policy
​Because our services are mobile, certain weather conditions—such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme temperatures—may require us to reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and arrange the soonest available alternative date.
Vehicle Condition Policy
​Our base pricing includes typical to moderate levels of dirt and pet hair. Excessive pet hair, deep stains, or heavily soiled interiors may require additional time and will result in an upcharge. You will always be notified before any additional charges are applied.
Personal Items Policy
​Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle. If items are found in the vehicle, they will be placed inside a cupholder or center console
Access & Service Area Policy
Clients must ensure adequate access to the vehicle, including space around it and permission to perform mobile services (marina, residence, private hangar, etc.). If we arrive and cannot safely access or work on the vehicle, the deposit may be forfeited.
Payment Policy
​Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, cards, and approved mobile payment methods (Venmo, PayPal, Etc.). Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all high-ticket services, including paint correction, ceramic coatings, boat detailing, and aircraft services. Deposit amounts range from $100–$250 depending on the service. Deposits are applied toward the final balance and must be paid at the time of booking.
